It is a pleasure to invite you to the 3rd Edition of our Retreat of Mindfulness for Beginners and for those who want to deepen their own daily meditative practice “Practicing mindfulness and loving-kindness”

“An intensive weekend, in which body and mind will come in synergy,
through the full attention to the present moment”



Directed by M. Isabel Rubió, a member of the Board of AEMIND (Spanish Association of Mindfulness and Compassion), and by Toni Bono professor of yoga and meditation, with more than 15 years of experience.

During the days of the retreat, there will be a combination of meditational practices along with practices of stretching the body, with the aim of tune in mind and body as a unit. The meditation practices will be fully addressed, creating a space for full consciousness of what reaches our senses and our mind.

At the end of the retreat, each participant will be issued a Certificate of hours of practice of Mindfulness and Compassion, which is valid within the future training standards for the certification of professionals and professors of Mindfulness, in accordance with the criteria of quality that the Association is being developed in collaboration with universities and other national and international institutions.
