Interpersonal Mindfulness Retreat
«GROWING PRESENCE IN RELATIONS»
One of the most important sources of stress has to do with our experiences in interpersonal relationships. Mindfulness Interpersonal is a program that brings meditation to the interpersonal relationship, through practices in dialogue with a partner or small group of participants. The practice offers the possibility to change our reactive patterns of stress and bring full awareness, compassion and kindness when we interact with other human beings, through meditative practices in dialogue with another.
The retreat will be in silence with guided meditations, practices in pairs or small group and punctual talks about the central themes of the retreat.
It will be facilitated by:
BEATRIZ RODRÍGUEZ VEGA, psychiatrist at the University Hospital La Paz and professor at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She is an instructor certified by the CFM of UMASS as a MBSR teacher and qualified to develop the MIP program. She coordinates the Master of Integrative Psychotherapy perspective at the University of Alcalá. In his clinical work he integrates Mindfulness practices in psychotherapy
